Senior Photo and Senior Ad Submission Deadline is Approaching
November 13, 2019
There are two opportunities you have to personalize your senior student’s yearbook. This year, the Big Foot yearbook staff has decided to continue to allow seniors to submit their own professional senior picture to be included in the senior section of the yearbook.
Senior Portrait Guidelines:
If you choose to submit your own professional senior portraits for the yearbook, please submit a wallet-size photo that meets the following requirements by November 25, 2019:
- First and last name
- Above the waist pose in vertical orientation
- Color photos preferred
- No props or hats in photos
If your photo does not meet the requirements, it may not be used. Please check with your photographer to make sure all guidelines are met. Acceptable photos submitted will be used for school publications. Most photographers are willing to submit senior photos to the school, though you may want to confirm with your photographer.
How to Submit (in preferred order):
- Please email (or have your photographer email) your photo to Mr. Roehl at firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to our spam filter, do not assume the email has been received unless you receive a confirmation email in response.
- Drop off hard copies to Mr. Roehl in room W6. Please make sure the students’ first and last name is written on the back of the photo (you may not get the photo back).
- Mail photos to:
Big Foot High School
Attn: Chad Roehl
401 Devils Lane
PO Box 99
Walworth, WI 53184
If you are unable to submit your own professional senior portraits, your student will still be pictured in the yearbook using his or her school photo that was taken during registration or on picture re-take day.
Senior Graduation Message (for parents/guardians/family)
Included below is the application to include your son or daughter’s baby (or other) picture in the last pages of the yearbook along with a personal message from you.
Please note that graduation messages are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis so please return this information along with scanned pictures or digital pictures as soon as possible. If you email photos, please do not assume we have received your email unless you get a response. You may also bring in pictures for us to scan. The money and this form should be given to the high school office or directly to Mr. Roehl in room W6. All photos will be returned after the pages have been submitted.
Please keep your messages as concise as possible and turn in no later than November 25, 2019.
