The BOE Voted Unanimously to Extend the State-Wide Mask Mandate

At the Board of Education meeting on September 21, 2020, the board unanimously approved the continuation of the mask order as written by the State of Wisconsin on a month to month basis.  The Board will revisit each month while reviewing recommendations from Walworth County, Department of Health, and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).  At this time, Walworth County is recommending masks for the remainder of the calendar year (subject to change).

According to District Administrator, Doug Parker, “Our success in keeping the virus out of Big Foot is a combination of social distancing, masks, and following protocols.  Let's not let down our guard!  If we continue to work together, we will be able to keep face to face instruction which we all know is best for everyone.”
