Big Foot High School Offers Two Optional Standardized Tests in the Fall

Fall Testing Options!

Big Foot High School offers two optional standardized tests in the fall.

District ACT
Big Foot High School will be offering district ACT testing on October 18th. Fall District ACT tests are an inexpensive way for students to improve their scores from Junior year, or to get a feel for the full ACT test, while receiving a college reportable ACT score. The district ACT test is open to all students, but is recommended for sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Students who took the District ACT last year saw an average of a 2 point increase for their spring ACT test.

The fee to take the ACT with writing through the school is only $52, which is substantially cheaper than the $88 fee on national testing dates. To register for the test, please fill out this form. PAYMENTS for this test can be made to the Big Foot High School Office or online.
All registrations must be completed and paid for by August 24.

PSAT/NMSQT (National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test)
Big Foot High School is offering the PSAT/NMSQT on Wednesday, October 12 at 8:00 a.m. for any interested 10th and 11th grade students.

Taking the PSAT/NMSQT is a great way to find out how college and career ready students are. Also, beyond just being a pre-test for the SAT, the PSAT/NMSQT is the qualifying test for entry to the National Merit® Scholarship Program, an annual academic competition among high school students for recognition and college scholarships. (Only Juniors may qualify for National Merit status). Students with high academic achievement records are encouraged to take this test.

The fee to take the PSAT/NMSQT is only $18. To register for the test, please fill out this form. PAYMENTS for this test can be made to the Big Foot High School Office or online.

All registrations must be completed and paid for by August 24
