Big Foot High School is proud to recognize two outstanding student-athletes for their recent honors from the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association (WFCA). Senior Owen Smith was named WFCA All-Region for his exceptional performance at the defensive end position, earning recognition as one of the top defensive players in the area. Smith’s relentless work ethic, leadership, and impact on the field played a major role in anchoring the Chiefs’ defense this season.

In addition, senior Carter Ries was selected to the WFCA Academic All-State Team, a prestigious honor awarded to student-athletes who excel both in the classroom and on the field. Ries’ commitment to academic excellence, combined with his dedication to the football program, exemplifies what it means to be a true student-athlete at Big Foot.

These honors highlight the achievements, character, and hard work of both Owen and Carter. Big Foot High School congratulates them and celebrates the positive example they set for their teammates and community.
