Use the above link to complete the Athletic Registration process.  Athletic registration must be completed prior to beginning any sport which includes practice.

In order to be fully cleared for athletic participation, all student-athletes must have the following items completed:

1. Online Registration (link above)

2. Sports Physical/Alternate Year Card

3. Sports Fee (via eFunds or check/cash to Main Office)

   1. $50/activity

   2. $200 family cap

4. All Sports Meeting attendance

REQUIRED: Physical/Alternate Year Card
Typically sports physicals are completed FRESHMAN and JUNIOR years. In a student-athletes SOPHOMORE and SENIOR year, the ALTERNATE YEAR card is still required.

• Physicals after 4/1/2023 are good until 8/1/2025

• Physicals after 4/1/2024 are good until 8/1/2026

• Physicals after 4/1/2025 are good until 8/1/2027
