Spring Sports Teams and Individual Post-Season Success

The 2025 Spring Sports Season had some success this year.

Track and Field

  • Six individuals and two alternates traveled to La Crosse to compete at the State Track Meet after placing in the top four at the sectional meet held at Big Foot High School on Friday, May 30.

  • The 400 meter relay team consisting of Elliana Pape, Allie Stankevitz, Lydia Farence, Ava Schoonover, Carla Castaneda (alt), and Ciara Benitez (alt) broke the school record at the state meet. They ran a time of 50.26 and took 12th place.

  • Sawyer Dase jumped his way to the state meet in triple jump. At state, he jumped 41' 10" and took 9th place overall.

Boys Tennis

  • The doubles team of Ethan Rurey and Scout Giroux were special qualifiers to the state tennis meet. At state, they won their first match 7-5, 7-6 (8), but then lost to the top seeded and eventual champions 1-6, 1-6.

Golf Team

  • After competing at the state golf meet last year, this year's team looked to return again this year. At the sectional meet, Tyler Short and Jack Nelson tied for 1st place with a score of +4 and the team took second place overall.

  • The golf team will be golfing on Monday and Tuesday, June 9-10 at University Ridge in Madison.

Girls Soccer

  • The Girls Soccer team went 8-1-1 in the conference in the regular season and were Co-Conference Champions.

  • In the Division 3 playoffs, they opened by beating Whitewater 2-1 and then traveled to Platteville/Lancaster and won 3-1 to become Regional Champions. They play top-seeded Edgewood on Thursday, June 12.
