Saturday, February 7, 2026 ~ 73 of our 85 members attended the Region 5 Leadership Conference at DeForest High School in person (many students pre-competed and did not need to attend). We ended the day earning 4th place in the Outstanding Chapter Award and qualified 33 students for State. Congratulations to the following students:

- Rex Augustson, Jack Hamburg, and Austin Kooyenga in Financial Statement Analysis

3rd Place Qualifiers:
- Natalie Roehl and Lilly Treffinger in Broadcast Journalism

- Ben Grant, Luca Perez, and Carter Ries in Business Plan
- Emma Roehl in Career Portfolio
- Izka Garcia, Ta-Kai Hubbert, and Trevor Morand in Graphic Design
We also had a whopping 14 students in 8 events (Landyn Henningfeld, Zac Zur, Annalina Schultz, Mylee Walter, Patience Welch, Kate Cismoski, Noah Miu-Alexander, Kinley Robbins, Maggie Snyder, Cassidy Vilona, Chloe Pearce, Wesley Cornue, Logan Daluga, and Roman Vilona) take 4th place and are alternate qualifiers to state if one of the top three qualifiers cannot attend.
