Big Foot High School seniors were recognized today at the annual Geneva Lake West Rotary Diploma Endorsement Luncheon for their consistent dedication, character, and academic effort throughout their high school careers.
The Geneva Lake West Rotary Diploma Endorsement Program honors seniors who have met a specific set of criteria established by Rotary during their first seven semesters at Big Foot High School. Unlike traditional academic recognition programs focused solely on grades, the Diploma Endorsement Program emphasizes qualities that reflect strong citizenship and work ethic.
Throughout high school, participating students are evaluated each semester by their teachers in four key areas: attitude, effort, quality of work, and cooperative work skills. Students who consistently demonstrate excellence in these areas earn the distinction of receiving a Diploma Endorsement.
At the luncheon, honored seniors were presented with certificates and graduation cords that they will wear during commencement ceremonies as a symbol of their achievement and commitment.
Big Foot High School appreciates the continued partnership and support of the Geneva Lake West Rotary Club in recognizing students who exemplify leadership, responsibility, and positive contributions to the school community.
