October Student Spotlight Winners

Big Foot High School is proud to recognize six outstanding students as October’s Student Spotlight recipients. This month’s theme, “Who Have You Noticed?”, celebrates students who have started the school year strong by demonstrating kindness, leadership, positive attitudes, and a commitment to making Big Foot a better place.

Now in its fourth year, the Student Spotlight program recognizes students who exemplify the school’s CHIEFS Portrait of a Graduate characteristics. Each month, staff members nominate students who demonstrate these qualities through their actions, attitudes, and contributions to the school community.

Congratulations to the October Student Spotlight recipients:

  • C – Creative Problem Solvers: Liam Smith

  • H – Honorable Citizens: Annalina Schultz

  • I – Innovative & Agile Thinkers: Nevaeh Berryhill

  • E – Effective Communicators: Ulises Mora

  • F – Fully Responsible Leaders: Maddox Waswo

  • S – Self-Motivated Learners: Kacey Duber

October’s theme serves as a reminder that making a positive impact does not always require a grand gesture. Sometimes, it is the small, everyday actions—helping a classmate, showing respect, taking initiative, or demonstrating a positive attitude—that make the biggest difference.

Big Foot High School congratulates these six students for leading by example and representing what it means to be a Chief.

At Big Foot, your actions matter, and you never know who is noticing!
