This is a core pillar of the National Chapter Award program in the Wisconsin Association of FFA.

Summer CASS workouts finished week 1. We had over 120 athletes a day 6th-12th grade. Students work on speed, agility, conditioning, weight lifting, leadership and more. You can still sign up if you want to join! We have 4 people stand out as athlete of the week this week! Congrats on all of your hard work and effort!
Congratulations to BFHS Senior graduate Rebecca Konkel she took first in State at the Wisconsin State FFA convention in Diversified Horticulture, with the chance now to get to nationals in the fall.
Congratulations to BFHS Senior graduate Callie Lohse FFA member on receiving the 2026 State FFA Agricultural Proficiency Award for Agriscience Research - Animal Systems! She will go onto national competition in the fall. Congratulations.!

The Big Foot Lions Club donated over $75,000 this past year to our area schools, local reading projects, first responders, Agape House, BF Fine Arts, local food pantries, and youth sports organizations. Coach Karabas and Big Foot golfer Roman Vilona traveled to Edelweiss Golf Club today to compete in the WIAA Sectional Tournament. Roman earned his spot among an elite field, becoming one of only 12 individual golfers to advance to this year’s sectional competition.
Good luck to Roman as he represents Big Foot on one of the biggest stages of the high school golf season! ⛳🏌️♂️

Proud doesn't even begin to describe this group. As the very first AP Seminar class in our school's history, these students were true pioneers. They stepped into a course with a rough blueprint, overcame challenges, pushed through difficult moments, and set the standard for all future AP Seminar students to follow. This was a difficult class that required perseverance, critical thinking, collaboration, and countless hours of hard work. Through it all, they rose to the occasion and achieved something special together. I want to personally thank my students for their dedication, resilience, and willingness to lead the way. They embraced the unknown, met every challenge, and helped mold this first AP Seminar class into something truly memorable. The path they created will benefit students for years to come.

What an incredible evening celebrating the Class of 2026 at Big Foot High School's Honors Night!
On Saturday, we recognized the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our students while awarding more than 155 scholarships totaling over $218,000 to 54 graduating seniors.
These scholarships represent far more than financial support—they are a reflection of the countless hours our students have invested in academics, athletics, fine arts, leadership, service, and career preparation throughout their time at Big Foot.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to the many families, alumni, local businesses, community organizations, memorial scholarship funds, service clubs, and individual donors who continue to invest in the future of our students. Your generosity creates opportunities that will have a lasting impact well beyond graduation.
Honors Night is a powerful reminder of what makes the Big Foot community special: people who believe in our students and are committed to helping them succeed.
