Welcome to our New Staff member Bryce Fox I will be teaching special education. I went to high school at Tremper in Kenosha and then graduated with my undergraduate in Sports Science from University of Wisconsin Whitewater. I am now finishing up my Masters program at Whitewater in Special Education. I played tennis at University of Wisconsin Whitewater for 4 years and am now coaching the girls and boys tennis team at Bigfoot. I have been coaching the girls team for 4 years and this will be my first year taking over the boys team as well. An interesting fact about me is I have a twin sister. I am excited to join the Big Foot High School community and I can't wait to grow alongside my students. Bryce is shown with her darling daughter Hadley.

We're so excited to have a new face in our food service department. Welcome, Sherrie!
Hello, My name is Sherrie Kirchberg, I’m a longtime resident of Walworth and I’m excited to be joining the kitchen team. I previously worked for Walworth grade school, 27 yrs. As a custodian and the last 3 yrs. as a kitchen aide. My hobbies include painting, crocheting and gardening. I appreciate the opportunity to be a part of Big Foot and meeting new faces and reacquainting myself with former students of the grade school community.

Question of the week:
School is about to start.
What’s your favorite school event during the year to attend?

🎉 Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our New Business Ed teacher.
💬Let’s get to know Paige in her own words:
"Hello, my name is Paige Benton. I am a Business Ed teacher, I will be teaching Marketing and Personal Finance this semester. I am currently enrolled in school at UW-Whitewater for my undergrad in Business Education with a Marketing comp. I will graduate this December after I complete a semester of student teaching here at Big Foot. In my free time I enjoy learning guitar, listening to music, traveling, learning about other cultures, and spending time with my friends and family. I am so beyond excited to start my teaching career at Big Foot and cannot wait for the school year to start!"

On August 19th Big Foot FFA held a blood drive with the American Red Cross ...

We are thrilled to welcome some amazing new teachers this year! First up, is Brittany Pfaff. "I'm thrilled to join Big Foot High School as the director of Symphonic Band, Jazz Band, Jazz Ensemble, AP Music Theory, and Class Guitar. I graduated from UW-Whitewater in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Music Education, specializing in instrumental and general music. Music has been a lifelong passion, and I'm excited to share that passion with our students while helping them grow as musicians and leaders. When I'm not teaching, you'll usually find me reading a good book or spending time with my dog, Stravvy. This summer, Stravvy and I even took a road trip all the way from Wisconsin to Georgia-a memorable adventure filled with music playlists, coffee stops, and plenty of dog treats! I'm so excited to make music with our students this year and to be part of such a supportive school community. Here's to a fantastic year ahead!"

🎉 Exciting News! 🎉
We're thrilled to welcome Sydney Bender to our district. Her passion and dedication are sure to inspire our students and enrich our community. Let's give her a warm welcome and show our support as she embarks on this new journey.❤️🖤
"Hi! I’m Sydney Bender, and I’m excited to return to Big Foot as the second agricultural education instructor and FFA advisor. A Walworth native and 2020 Big Foot graduate, I recently graduated with a degree in agricultural education from UW–River Falls. Fun fact: while in college I played many intramural sports, earning a few championships along the way in kickball, pickleball and badminton. Outside the classroom, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Milwaukee Brewers, and tackling the occasional crossword. I’m looking forward to a great year growing our agriscience program and FFA chapter—be sure to stop by the ag room and see what’s happening!"

Big Foot FFA's August blood drive is coming up! TOMORROW!
