Congratulations to Connor Weeks, Big Foot baseball Lake Geneva Regional news athlete of the week!
The Big Foot Chiefs baseball team also got their first win this past week in a 10-0 mercy rule shutout against Whitewater on Thursday, April 10. It was an all-around dominant performance by the Chiefs from an offensive standpoint by scoring 10 runs on eight hits, however the story of the game was the sensational outing on the mound from senior Connor Weeks.
Weeks was unhittable. His final line of the game was near perfection. He pitched a complete six inning games, allowing just one hit (blooper), one walk and struck out 12
Whippet batters.
Oh, and Weeks went 2-for-4 at the plate and had more at-bats and hits in the game than any player on Whitewater.

Big Shout Out to Dousman transport company for the wonderful treats for the staff in the lounge today. They were Egg -cellent! And enjoyed by all.
