Big Foot FFA members attended the state leadership conference in Stevens Point this weekend Students examine the influence they have on others and use it to build healthy relationships. Students will be introduced to the theme of the conference by evaluating their role in helping others feel connected.

Big Foot High School is excited to partner with First National Bank and Trust to honor two exceptional seniors for the month of November. Gabe Zepada & Benjamin Lavariega were nominated by our faculty for embodying the core values of CHIEFS PRIDE.
Ben was recognized for his outstanding, effective communication skills, while Gabe was commended for his fully responsible leadership. In addition to being named as Students of the Month, Ben & Gabe received a $25 gift card from First National and will be invited to their year-end celebration, where they will join the monthly honorees from other local school districts. Thank you to First National Bank for partnering with us to celebrate these well-deserving students.

On Wednesday, November 6, the Big Foot High School National Honor Society held a blood drive. The blood drive was a great success with over 80 blood donations from students, community members, staff, and more! A big thank you to the American Red Cross and to anyone who volunteered, gave blood, or helped in any way!

Congratulations to Gavin Baxter and Rebecca Konkel on their 6th place finish in their Plant Systems Agriscience Fair project.at the National FFA convention this last week in Indianapolis.


Great news to share from the annual meeting ---Big Foot High School's 2024-25 tax levy of $8,620,198 was approved by the board of education at Monday night's annual meeting, which is 7.22% less than last year ($9,291,439),. The mill rate is also dropping to $1.77, down 40 cents from last year's $2.17 per $100,000 of home value.
