Help us celebrate Wisconsin School Bus Driver Appreciation Week February 12-16th! 🚍🎉
Our bus drivers take so much care to get our students transported safely. Thank you!
Please help us by thanking them below for going the extra mile for our district!

Yesterday, sophomore class reps Mya Gonzalez and Emma Dawson, and junior class reps, Aubrie Waswo and Annabelle Pearce headed to Jefferson High School to attend a RVC Leadership Event. They participated in a variety of fun activities, volunteer opportunities, and a round table discussion.

According to the National Association of School Resource Officers, "SROs are carefully selected, specifically trained, sworn law enforcement officers assigned by an employing law enforcement agency to work with schools using community-oriented policing concepts."
These officers play a distinctive threefold role, acting as informal mentors or counselors, providing education on the law, and serving as law enforcement officers to ensure the safety of the students and communities they serve. Our school resource officer David Pohlman serves as an important bridge between youth, law enforcement, and the communities he serves. Thank you for keeping our students safe.

Valentine's Day is a time to show your appreciation for the important people in your life. Throughout this week, NHS showed their respect and admiration for the staff at Big Foot High School. It is their way to say thank you for everything that they do each and every day! Monday = Donuts in the teacher lounge Tuesday = Small gift in your mailbox Wednesday = Treat in your mailbox Thursday = Pizza in the teacher lounge

It's Valentine's Day today! National Honor Society held a fundraiser this week. They sold cans of crush and root beer and candy which is being delivered today to students from their Valentine.

Junior Science and Humanities Symposium invites High School students to report on the results of their original research investigations in a STEM and compete for scholarships and recognition at university held regional symposiums. Students in grades 9-12 enrolled in public, private or home schools are eligible to participate in their local Regional Symposium. Several Big Foot High School students participated in this event. Rebecca Konkel finished in the Top 10 in her oral presentation. Hevlihn Howarth received 2nd place with her poster.
