Two members of the Big Foot high school FFA attended the Halftime Conference this weekend in Stevens Point. They left Thursday to make it before the storm, and returned home on Saturday. Evan Henningfeld and Jacob Dykstra, represented our chapter at this leadership conterence.
The Halftime Conference is the highest leadership conference W FFA offers, it is designed to give chapter officers leadership training to bring back to their officer teams to finish the 2nd half of the school year.

Members of the Big Foot high school band had an opportunity to attend the Bucks game today. They got a tour of what goes on behind the scenes and will be enjoying the game.

Just wanted to send out a reminder that this Monday January 15th the BFHS bowling team will be co-hosting a fundraiser with the Delavan Darian team at the Pepperoni Pub in Delavan. The fundraiser will kick off at 4pm and go until 8pm. There will be a $15 entry fee for all you can eat pizza, salad, garlic bread, and soda. We will be raffling off a bunch of different prizes throughout the night. If you can make it, our students would love to see your faces in the crowd for part of the night.

In December, the Wellness Committee hosted a Step Challenge where 28 BFHS staff members competed and accumulated 8,060,274 steps (3,591 miles). The Green team was the winning team with 2,242,553 total steps. (Mr. Welden, Mrs. Skemp, Mrs. Grever, Mrs. Sheppard, Mrs. Kroes, Mrs. Kupstis & Mr. Karabas).
Mrs. Kupstis was the individual winner with 468,748 steps. Congrats on an active month!

Big Foot teachers would like to recognize our students for demonstrating our Portrait of a Graduate characteristics. Every month, each teacher nominates two students for our Student Spotlight program. All nominations will be posted on the bulletin board across from the district office and will be put into a monthly drawing for prize.

Marsh foundation to students who are selfless, and independent, voluntary and beneficial to the citizens of the greater community outside their school (off-campus). We are so proud of you Carter!
